When designing the Studio, Emma’s vision was to create a space that reflected her love of nature and natural subjects, allowing that spirit to infuse the environment in way that was safe, exceptionally clean and functional, but that also feels peaceful, inviting, and inclusive to everyone.

Located in the heart of rural Devon, the studio reflects the natural beauty that surrounds it, helping it to feel as much a sanctuary, as well as a safe and private place to be tattooed. This care and attention to detail has been recognised by Englands Business Awards, who named Wild Earth the Best Tattoo Shop in Devon, 2025!
Emma brings a unique perspective to tattooing, holding both a BA and MA in Fine Art. Her academic background in art history and studio practice informs every piece she creates, ensuring that each tattoo is not just beautiful, but meaningful.
Specializing in tattoos as storytelling and healing, Emma believes that “tattoos are both wound and medicine” – a philosophy that guides her approach to every client interaction and artistic creation.
Beyond tattooing, Emma is also an AW3 Accredited Laser Technician, offering comprehensive laser removal and rejuvenation services. Her dual expertise allows her to support clients through every stage of their tattoo journey.
With a background in engineering, Reuben brings a highly detail-oriented and methodical approach to laser treatments. His technical expertise ensures that every procedure is performed with precision and care.
Reuben works alongside Emma to provide comprehensive laser services, from tattoo removal to skin rejuvenation treatments. His calm demeanor and thorough approach help clients feel comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
His engineering background has instilled in him a deep appreciation for process, safety, and continuous improvement – qualities that translate perfectly to the precision required in laser treatments.
